Understanding our own psychology is how we become more impactful, effective leaders.
If we want to lead well, thrive through change, and create real impact, we have to understand the one thing we bring everywhere we go: our humanity. That’s where I come in.
Bring human nature back into your organization.
I’m Dr. Nicole Lipkin
My work shows that we impact each other more than we realize…and that matters more than anything.
How we think, feel, and interpret the world shapes how we show up - in teams, in conflict, in leadership, and yes, even in that 8 a.m. meeting that could’ve been an email.
So let me ask you this: why wouldn’t we learn how to understand ourselves, navigate our dynamics, strengthen our mental flexibility, and stop getting in our own way?
I use decades of experience as a clinical and organizational psychologist to make the science of human behavior simple, relatable, and actually fun. And then I give you tools you can use the second you leave the room - not ideas that evaporate with the applause.
Dr. Nicole Lipkin, Psy.D., MBA
I am an internationally recognized keynote speaker, consulting psychologist, and best-selling author who focuses on human behavior, leadership, and mental agility. An entrepreneur since childhood, I currently serve as the CEO of Equilibria Leadership Consulting, an organizational and leadership development firm, and founder of HeyKiddo, a company dedicated to building the leadership, social, and emotional skills of children and their grown-ups.
By sharing my dedication to combining the science of human behavior with practical approaches to business and leadership, I’ve helped organizations like Google, Visa, the FBI, Hearst International, Honda, Toyota, ExxonMobil, Berkshire Hathaway, and more amplify their impact and drive positive growth throughout their organizations.
As a clinical and organizational psychologist by trade, I hold a doctorate in clinical psychology (Psy.D.), Master of Business Administration (MBA), and Master of Criminal Justice (MACJ) — and I serve as an adjunct faculty member at the Center for Creative Leadership, as well as, an advisor to several boards.
My goal as a keynote speaker is simple: to bring human nature back into the workplace by showing individuals and teams how they can spark more impact and change by better understanding their own psychology.
I live in Philly with my husband, Matt, son, Charlie, and spunky cat, El Guapo Meatball. We can be found having killer living room dance parties at any given time.
