Education Leadership Keynote Speaker
Helping educators and school leaders strengthen emotional resilience, communication, and leadership - for themselves, their teams, and the students they serve.
“Not only is Nicole keenly aware of the current needs in mental health and resilience, she is witty and fun. Her presentation was thought provoking, down to earth, and inspirational as well as practical.”
The Human Side of Education Leadership
Education is about more than curriculum - it’s about people.
Every day, teachers, principals, and administrators navigate a complex web of emotional demands, systemic pressures, and human needs.
The result? Burnout, decision fatigue, and emotional exhaustion are at an all-time high. And yet, educators keep showing up - leading, teaching, and caring for everyone else, often at the expense of themselves.
That’s where Nicole comes in.
As a clinical and organizational psychologist and the founder of HeyKiddo, a mental health platform supporting parents and children, she bridges the worlds of psychology, leadership, and education. Her keynotes help educators and leaders build resilience, emotional intelligence, and mental agility - so they can sustain their impact without losing themselves in the process.

2
Emotional Contagion in Schools
Emotions spread like wildfire - from teacher to student, from leader to staff. Nicole shares the neuroscience behind emotional contagion and practical steps for cultivating calm, trust, and psychological safety throughout a school community.
3
The Resilience Ripple
When adults model emotional regulation and resilience, students absorb it. Nicole helps educators and administrators build the systems and habits that support adult well-being - because healthy adults create healthy learning environments.
